Order Processing Time

  • Ready-to-ship items are processed within 1–2 business days after your order is placed.

  • Made-to-order / 3D-printed products are processed within 2–4 business days before shipping.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

  • Please note: These processing time estimates may change for any reason due to a variety of circumstances and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • We currently offer:

    • Economy Shipping (5–8 business days)

    • Standard Shipping (3–4 business days)

Please note: Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.


Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • We ship to all U.S. states / Excluding Territories 

  • High-value items (such as night vision equipment) are shipped with insurance and signature confirmation.


International Shipping

  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of the United States.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

  • Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.


Damaged or Lost Packages

  • We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit.

  • If your package is lost or damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
